Weight gain

I had the sleeve done on Sept 15. When I had the one week check up I loss 10 pounds.

I weight my self today and I gained the 10 pounds back.

I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do, don't know why I'm gaining.

That kind of gain can only be water retention. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating super high sodium foods? Have you noticed any swelling?
