I am so excited, I get to have my surgery on Sept. 30th. This is day seven of my liquid diet and it is hard but I know it will be with it in the end. My pre-surgery journey has gone so fast it almost doesn't seem real. From the 1st time I saw the doctor to surgery will be 62 days. Anyone else Sept. 30th?

I am so ready, it's been really hard watching my kids and husband eat and I have to drink my dinner.

Wow how long?

I was told I can eat fish like salmon a small piece. And three protein shakes. I'm ready I lost ten pounds in seven days

I have to do nothing but Clear liquids on Sunday and Monday, and of course no liquids or food Tuesday.

I am told that every surgeon is different when it comes to prep before surgery.

I have to do a liquid diet for almost 2 was before surgery. Which consists of sugar free carnation instant breakfast and sugar free Popsicles and of course lots of water. The day before surgery I get broth. The good news is that since I started the liquid diet I've lost 13 lbs.

Great! I'm looking forward to post surgery. My nut and surgeon said that I should lose weight quickly and have little to no sagging skin. First time I'm glad to be tall.

Mine is 9/29. My surgeon required a 3 day post-op diet but I pretty much didn't want to eat anyway. (Big shocker there for me! (- I just tried to make sure I got all the Protein in. Anyway, good luck to you guys! I'm so excited to have made this decision and have it FINALLY here!

Just gone done with pre-op, I have to be at the hospital at 10:30 tomorrow morning, so excited!!
