Absolutely. My go-to yogurt is the Fit and light yogurt in the purple container. Good protein, less sugar. Read the labels. Low fat cottage cheese is another good one.

I am allowed yogurt so long as it's low sugar and has no lumps in it (no fruit on the bottom). I like Siggi's. It's thick and creamy like a custard and has 14g of Protein. It was recommended by our support group leader. I can only eat 1/2 a contain at a time so I use if for two meals.

Best of luck!

I eat Greek yogurt- banana cream, lemon or vanilla. 13 grams of protein per container. I put some cinnamon in the vanilla with a pack of stevia. But that's my go to meal all the time

It depends of your surgeons plan. My surgeon plan was "full liquid" for 2 full weeks post op. Could do plain Greek (no sugar) but no creamy soups. Stick to what your NUT told you.
