Nuts? !

I will be 6 weeks post surgery on Friday. When can I eat nuts again? Meaning Almonds. Does anyone have any feedback or experience eating nuts? I basically don't have any food issues ie frothing, dumping or anything.

Just curious. thanks

    I wasn't allowed nuts until six months out -- nothing I couldn't cut with a fork until then. Does Dr. Umbach/his team provide any post-surgery guidance with respect to eating stages?

    Yes, they do. I have an entire notebook. But it doesn't specifically address nuts. So was just curious what other's had experienced. Thanks.
