Next week I have my endoscopy and I am scared!!! They will sedate me but I'm still scared...ughh I'm half way there and I can't look back now.. I sure won't but I'm def scared

Thank goodness to know that I won't have a burger though I'm gonna start my protein drinks on Wednesday & I have my endoscopy on Thursday please pray for me please

Ok I'm done with my EGD & biopsy I didn't even feel anything I was out & I'm home now resting my Dr. Prescribed me protinix & another medicine I jave 2 small ulcers so I have to take those meds for 12 weeks but I'm so glad it's over thank you for all the prayers ????

It was also quick and painless for me. No sore throat

Srry that I didn't respond earlier I had my EGD today & they also did a stomach biopsy & I have intestine ulcers there is 2 of them but not big ones thank God & he said I have acid reflux I never even knew I had that so he prescribed me protinix & sucralfate so I was under General anesthesia so I'm still sleepy some & I do have a scratchy throat & they gave me a dose of fentyl for pain so I will find out the results in 2 weeks for the biopsy wish me luck please

I had my EGD today too...so easy. I was stressing for nothing.

It is a good thing they are doing the endoscopy. The doctor gets a sneak peak inside your stomach which helps him prep for the surgery. Mine was checking to make sure there was no damage to the esophagus , cancer or ulcers etc. Everything came back fine.
