I had surgery the same day.. at first when I was on a liquid diet right after surgery it was so easy.. but once I introduced food.. it all went down hill from there

I am 1 month post op and I am so unhappy .. I hate having to eat.. it's a chore.. I never get my protein in or my water intake.. let alone my vitamins... Everyday I say this is a new day try.. but I always feel full ..when I do eat .. I feel blah.. no matter what I eat.. I try to follow my plan to the T.. and I've only lost 18 lbs since surgery day.. I don't have energy ever.. I started walking more.. nothing crazy about a mile a day.. I knew this was going to be hard but I am on such a funk.. idk how to get myself out!!! HELP!!!

I use to get really bad periods..I use to wear a tampon and a pad.. I hand the mirena iud .. it lightens your period alot.. maybe is something u can look Into

Finally had surgery on 4/8 @730 am . I'm home now.. pain is manageable.... I had a bowel movement... tryna get my liquids in..

I am anxious.. I have to be at the hospital @530.. I doubt I'm getting any sleep.. we are going to have surgery around the same time.. Twins!! Let me know how everything goes.. I will say a prayer for you!!

It's a protein mix. Unjury is the brand and it's like the protein shakes but in chicken broth. You drink it warn n it's one of my favorite so far. Hey are u excited?? My surgery is at 730 am

I still have 5 more days to go but I could just imagine.. Just close ur eyes and think about how u are going to look and feel in a few months.. God bless u and congrats ????

I feel your pain.. I can say it does get better.. Ur human.. Tomorrow will be a better day .. I was there Sunday.. But it will end soon

I'm on day 4 and today was way better than yesterday.. I cried on Sunday it was that bad.. Not hunger but the headache and feeling dizzy.. It does get better.. I was doubting the surgery also and I'm not having surgery I until April 8th.. Chicken broth does help a lot!!

3 protein shakes.. One low carb meal and a snack like sugar free jello or pudding . my issue is not drinking soda . went cold turkey. I was never a big eater but boy do I love some Pepsi

Having surgery April 8th.. Pre op diet was kicking my butt.. But it's getting better .. Still have a headache but hopefully I can shake it off soon.. 9 more days to go

So my surgery was rescheduled from April 15 to April 8th.. Yay to me.. . I worked so hard since August for this. So why am I feeling down?? Pre- op diet is kicking my butt.. So hard making me question everything.. I keep asking myself why did I left myself get to this point.. Where I have to have surgery to be healthy.. Just not feeling like myself.. I thought I would be happy the day I've been waiting for is near..what's wrong with me???

Also go Wednesday to be released for scheduling, seems we are in the same spot on Hey how did your appt for scheduling go? My surgery is scheduled for April 15th. I'm so excited!!

I finally get to schedule my surgery!!! I can't wait.. 1.5 hrs till my appt.. I'm sorry y'all.. I'm just too excited..this journey has been long and ppl around me are supported but they don't get it. and I'm sure they are tired of listening to me talking about it... This is where I vent. This is where I Share my good news.. I will keep y'all posted!!!
