  1. Drink water between meals. Stop drinking 30 minutes before you eat. Do not drink while you are eating, and wait 30 after you finish to drink. This will fill you stomach and you won't need to eat as much. Good luck.
  2. It is a good thing they are doing the endoscopy. The doctor gets a sneak peak inside your stomach which helps him prep for the surgery. Mine was checking to make sure there was no damage to the esophagus , cancer or ulcers etc. Everything came back fine.
  3. My doctors help me get approved within two weeks. So far no problems. Meet with h I m again in Nov to set surgery date.
  4. I was considering the sleeve, but my doctor says it will increase my GERD. I don't want to live with that and taking more meds. Going to do the bypass.
