O God???? how will I get through this

keep your eye on the prize ????

@@luiggib,

I'm in Chicago too, my surgery is October 17. So I'll be doing a liquid diet in two weeks. try not to stress over it. I decided I am going to take it one day at a time and do the best I can.

I had a colonoscopy as well. If You recall, you were only allowed to drink broths and Jell-O. So of course that made it hard. However, with the preop liquid diet you are allowed protein shakes which hopefully should help fill you up. Okay, maybe "fill you up" is not the right word, the better word is

satisfy. :-)

Good luck , you'll get through this. Try to stay positive and keep your eye on the prize.
