New Shakes!

I just bought these new shakes today because they're more affordable and I needed something new. Any suggestions? Are they good? post-232936-14102227607209_thumb.jpgpost-232936-14102227727374_thumb.jpg

Sugars is 18g and I think that is too high. Just lie the previous comment the eas low carb and Adkins are good. There is a section in Walmart for diabetics where the have all the shakes that are low in carb.

I'm drinking the Premier Protein from Costco. 30 g of protein, 1g of sugar, 160 calories. They are pretty good and they allow me to get my protein in.
