Pre-sleeve

So I am 1 week into opti-fast and down 3 kgs. Tonight I broke out and eat dinner. I was going so well and now cant stop beating myself up. Now questioning if I cant get through 2 weeks can I make this change work. Wondering if anyone had same struggle in opti-fast stage

I had a cheat meal during my pre-op phase. Everything still went well with my surgery. I would say just move on and stop beating yourself up.

I have Optifast for 3 and a bit weeks and I am half way surgery is September 18. I have lost 4kgs in 10days.

I too have had one cheat meal and felt so bad about it. I called the surgeon as I was worried what it would do to me and he reassured me that as long as it's not again I will be fine.. Good luck everyone..
