Protien shakes..... "SHAKEOLOGY"

Can this be used as a protien shake? I have tried these before & they are great tasting! The chocolate one has 17 grams of protien per shake....

What is the sugar content?

Chocolate has 6 grams of sugar, strawberry has 7 grams of sugar

I was told no and I have 2 full bags and half a container of chocolate.

Syntrax sweets will be your best friend. I had surgery 7/22 and have been lost on thick shakes. I finally went outside the box and tried syntrax via a sampler.. Best thing I ever did. I ordered the strawberry mousse today from amazon. I'll get chocolate next time and then cookie. This is your life, make sure it's palatable.

I just ordered shakeology; mainly for family - but you might try adding an unflavored unjury to it to boost the protein?
