I am currently in the soft food stage. I have never acquired a test for many cooked vegetables, however I love cucumber salad. The cucumbers eventually soften in the salad dressing. Has anyone eaten uncooked vegetables earlier than 4 months post op?

Yes, but I was officially out of the soft food phase pretty quickly--maybe a couple weeks? Something like that? I couldn't eat some veggies of course but I could have peppers and tomatoes. I can't remember when I introduced cukes but it was probably a few months out from post-op. Carrots are a bit tougher to have. Check with your nut to be sure.
