  1. Hi weightloss4liss! I had bypass surgery on 8/14 but have been lucky enough not to have any major issues. The hardest challenge I continue to experience is mental cravings. I just keep telling myself I didn't go through the past 11 months to mess up now. This journey will not be easy but hopefully rewarding!
  2. I seem to get stomach discomfort when I drink too quickly.
  3. I am 15 days post op and the mental cravings are the worst. During my full liquid diet I ate cream of chicken soup which really helped. I also drink rocket refuel for protein and it is awesome.
  4. I am currently in the soft food stage. I have never acquired a test for many cooked vegetables, however I love cucumber salad. The cucumbers eventually soften in the salad dressing. Has anyone eaten uncooked vegetables earlier than 4 months post op?
