I got stuck!

Was banded June 3 and have been doing ok but sometimes forget the band is there. Well, today I had food get stuck for the first time and it's an experience I don't want to repeat. A hard but valuable lesson...slow down and chew chew chew!

In other words I never should have had this surgery in the first place...

Sure getting stuck is not pleasant...nor is it pleasant to touch a hot stove...sooner or later we all learn...

If I had a dollar for all the times I got stuck.......but I learned, and have not had the pleasure in a long time.
