I felt great after 5 days from the surgery itself. But the exhaustion and getting used to the new eating was a challenge. I recommend two weeks minimum off

I work as a Secretary. I don't lift anything heavy and spend most of my time reading and typing/data entry.
How long will I have to be off of work. I have heard that people take 2-4 weeks off and are still in bad shape after 6 weeks.??
I have had several surgeries in my life and never took as long to heal as most. Think.. i had a hysterectomy (abdominal) back to work in 3.5 weeks. Doc said most people are out for 6 weeks.
I don't really want to be out more than 5 work days.
Cant wait to hear your input!!
