Stall every 10lbs ish...

I don't know if I am just weird or not so I figured I would ask. Instead of losing consistently each week, my body does this awesome thing where I drop 7-10lbs in 3-4 days and then stall for 2 weeks. It's really frustrating. Guess in the long run losing is losing but I wish I could be one who loses 2-3lbs a week consistently. Anyone else this cyclical losing?

I thought it was just me. My body is doing the exact same thing.

Yeah me too -- and now after more than 50 lbs, I've been stalled for nearly 3 weeks, only losing about 1 lb. Ugh, frustrating but hey, at least I'm not gaining. I'm told to eat "real" food, treat myself a bit for a few days then go back to strict dieting - mostly Protein and it starts to rapidly come down again...

Right after a fill I will drop 6-8 lbs the first week. Then for the next 3 weeks the scale tortures me by going up and down. Even with all this last month I managed to drop 11 lbs.
