Aug 18 had surgery

On clear liquids for 2 more days. No issues getting in water or protein. Non at all really. When I start the full liquid will I notice a difference? Will I have restriction. I'm scared that this is not normal!!!! Help ????

It's ok to be nervous about this, I was! And being on liquids does sound horrible. I made it though, I feel like anyone can make it through. You will make it and be ok. Remember liquid doesn't mean Water and Protein drinks...it also means you can eat anything liquids like fully liquid Soups, like tomato Soup and thinks like that. Don't let it scare you. This is a big step to make your life a better one. :)

Just remember to: "Eat Slow and Win". Don't ingest more than 2 oz. Every 15 mins. You will definitely know you will start to cramp if you do to much. I just started my full liquids yesterday also, my surgery was 8/21. Good luck! Be mindful!
