Surgery date 9/8

Hello everyone I'm new to the forum and have been getting alot of feedback on the sleeve since reading the post. I am finally scheduled for surgery sept 8th and im so excited. I have my preop appt this wed and i was just wondering what to expect. Can anyone give me tips on how to prepare for surgery day...thanks
