Skim Pluz Milk?

I'm not much for milk and when I am its 2% or nothing.

So my nutritionist suggested "Skim Plus" because of my not liking regular Skim Milk. I finally found it after searching 3 different stores and I have to say it was pretty good, The consistency was that of regular milk (It wasn't thin) the only thing I noticed was different in taste which was that of milk after eating sweetened Cereal (Weird I know).

Cal: 110cal for 8oz

Fat: 0g

Carb:17%

Sugar:16g

Protein:11g

A little high in Sugar for post-op, But it might outweigh itself due to the 11g of Protein which I notice most "Milk Substitutes" only have 1g-8g..Anyone else have any experience Skim Plus?

That's what I use when I use milk, which is rare these days.

i use it in my cream of wheat which adds even more protein.
