Hi Tabitha. I went to their site and looked up some nutrition info. Their shakes are processed where eggs, soy, gluten, shellfish, peanuts, wheat, and other random known allergens are. I also noticed that they contain both milk and soy products. A lot of people become lactose intolerant at first and milk products make them very gassy. I would switch to a whey Protein and see if you have the same issues. Also, if you are mixing with milk, back off and try some lactaid. Good luck.

OOOF and I just noticed that some of their juices contain 45mg of caffeine which will irritate the heck out of your new tummy. Check the ingredients list on that badboy and see if you cant figure out what is making it so rough on you.
