Has any one had there paper work submitted around 31st of July ?? And if so have u gotten an approval ??

It took my insurance Aetna, about 10 days to approve mine. I had the surgery Thursday which was the quickest I could get it done. From start to finish, my first appt in February, 3 months diet, didn't lose two months enough, which stretched out my surgery for another 1.5 months. The place I went through you don't have to meet the dr, unless you want to, but I was afraid he would make me lose more weight because I really didn't lose much at all before surgery and I even gained some months.

I just submitted my papers on Friday 8/15. United healthcare said 15 business days... I'm hoping sooner!! I'm gonna be crossing down the days on my calendar lol. Good luck with getting ur approval! Hopefully this week!!

Thanks so much I waited a year for this and in 2 weeks or so I'll be on the other side . I'm going Monday to see the surgeon the last time I see them I was 13 lbs heavier so I'm hoping he will set it sooner, wishful thinking ,, lol
