I'm averaging five pounds a week and I am four weeks post-op. Started my liquid diet two weeks before surgery so in six weeks I am down 40 pounds.

Hi it comes off between 1-3 pounds a week but everyone is different and you may have stalls remember as long as your eating right and getting in your protein and walk the weight will come off everyone

Had bypass 7/28. Weight is very slow to come off. Have only lost 8#. Shouldn't it be more?
