Vitamins making me hungry

Hey guys, tues I will be 3 weeks post op. I've noticed the last few days that my vitamins are making me so hungry. I take a multivitamin, calcium, B complex, sublingual B 12, and omeprazole (for heartburn). I take all of these after drinking my premier protein shake. I've noticed I've been overeating bc it makes me ravenous. And then I get so sick from the overeating. Has anyone dealt with this or do you have any suggestions? I could email my nutritionist but honestly I don't have much faith in her skills. Please help!

Taking everything at once can be irritating to your stomach. The irritation and acid can feel like hunger. You should also split them up because of absorption issues. Omeprazole can interfere with absorption of vitamins. (B 12 in particular). Omeprazole actually works best on an empty stomach. And like it was said before, calcium and iron (In your multi) shouldn't be taken together.

Is it ok to take the vitamins 2 hours apart from each other?

Yeah could someone tell me how they take their vitamins? My dr told me nothing about how to take them. They also told me to take 2 multivitamins daily which I have found hard
