Can I take non-chewable vitamins?

I was told by my surgeon not to take regular or gummi vitamins because there isn't enough stomach acid in your pouch to dissolve them.

I take Celebrate Bariatric Supplements, multi vitamin, and I also take Caltrate. But make sure they are chewable.. Good luck in your journey..

Two Flintstone's chewables per day, two chewable calcium (CVS brand usually), and one Bio-Tech Vitamin D 50,000 IU per week. I also take Biotin twice per day.
