Dizzy and low urine output; especially if the color is dark and smells strongly.

Get some coconut water and drink it. It is a natural hydrator. Anything like G2 Gatorade would help too. They will give you Saline at the hospital you can do the job by either of these products...:)

I'm drinking homemade pedialyte. The only problem is I haven't been able to get more than 30 oz since surgery and I'm 4 days postop

Nellie, I am almost 4 weeks out and am lucky to get in 30 oz. It takes some time.
