Had the first part of my psych eval this morning. It consisted of chatting with the psychologist for about 15 minutes and discussing my eating/exercise habits, weight history, and any health issues. He actually seemed surprised at how healthy I am. I said I was making it too easy (no health issues, don't smoke, don't drink pop, only a little caffeine, etc). Then I spent about 90 minutes doing the MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality something). It consisted of 567 true/false questions, on a bubble form with a #2 pencil. Ha!
I go back in a month to see how I'm doing and to review the results of the questionnaire. He said it should only take about 30 minutes. So far, so good!
