Today is the first day I can't get protein in. I have tried a few flavors but it come right back up. I also am feeling sick to my stomach. I have no idea why. I'm two weeks post op tomorrow. Why now? Will this pass? No energy at all

What protein shakes are you using? Can you drink isopure or premiere protein drink I know I. Ouldnt drink whey and when I tried premiere and isopure I have had no problems and I am 7 weeks out each day does get better. Welcome to the losers bench .

Jay Robb makes an Egg White Protein powder that might work for you.

You can get it through Whole Foods, directly from the company, Amazon or eBay.

You could always get a sample of the product first and see how it works for you.

Feel better and take care.
