One week out and don't have any strength. Went out today to Dr follow-up. Brought protein drink with me but I still felt like crap when I was brought home . Had to sleep. Anyone else still dragging around?

I had RNY 7/31 and I feel fabulous. I too was in the car today before I remembered I was not to be driving. It is hard not to do things when you are pain free. See my Dr. tomorrow and I am so excited.

I'm so happy for you feeling great! Today I started back on protein shake Thank God I was so tired of all liquids. I see we had our surgery one day apart. How was your doctor visit?

Each day will get better as it past just make sure you remember to drink water, and walk around as much as you can if its nothing but walking around your home between tv breaks. Good luck and congrats to you all for making the choice to be healthy.
