New Whey Liquid Protein, thoughts?

i used them for 2 days post op just to try and get Protein when i couldn't hold much volume.

my understanding is that they are a hydrolyzed form of protein and not the most preferred option. i don't know if all surgeons feel that way. i know my nut encouraged them for use, but i've read lots of threads on here that people's docs do not encourage use of it.

Makes sense! My but told me to use them, along with other options. My doc will inform me tues. Thx!!

I have the ok to use them from my NUT and the bariatric teaching nurse in our monthly seminar group. The only thing they say is the now we cannot absorb 42 grams of protein at a time, so half is enough either straight or in your water.
