Sleeve Staples

Had gastric sleeve surgery 2 weeks ago. Can the staples come undone and my stomach open up inside? Are there any symptoms to know if that were to happen?

I don't think it's that simple or at least that's what my doctor told me. Are you feeling unusual pain? Give us more of a reason why you are inquiring. Did you eat something you weren't supposed to? Keep us updated.

No I dont feel pain per say.. But sometimes I get this cold chill that runs inside my body which is weird!!

I'm not a pro but isn't that the natural healing of your body? Have you ever felt a paper cut and it starts to feel cold during the heLing process? Ask a doctor bc I'm just guessing...lol

My surgeon told me it's not that easy to undo staples unless a person is totally blowing the protocol eating program an heavily lifting. ..he's done this for 15 yrs...it's not just a few staples it's all from one end to another. ..u would experience severe stomach pain fever vomiting an the like if it's ripped or leaking...
