Just curious. I wanted to know after wls how long does a person have to be under dr care?

I saw my doc at two weeks post-op, and the NUT at 6 weeks post-op. Will see doc again at 6 months and 12 months, then yearly after that. I'm thinking about it along the lines of seeing your GYN on a yearly basis, it's just something you've got to do.

I saw mine at 2 weeks post op, then 1 month,3,6,9 and 12months. Then once per year for 5 years. I think its a complete support system in case I fall off the wagon..lol
