One little tip I learned tonight

just started my Viactiv chews...

Chewed the whole thing at once thinking no biggie...learned the hard way (TMI warning!!) when I ended up in the bathroom for awhile afterwards. ARGH.

Just an FYI ;)

    were they the chocolate ones?

    Just curious, because chocolate protein drink did the same thing to me....Wonder what is in there that does that.

    Fish oil pearls did it for me. Miss Tummy gives them right back. I even froze them thinking that would be better. Wrong.

    The first two chocolate protein shakes I had (1week post op) did that to me. But after that initial issue, it all worked itself out and I'm fine now.
