LOL! The other day I went in to see the NP.....she said I can tell in your face you are losing weight....I laughed and said "I am waiting for the day that you tell me that you can tell with my butt that I am losing weight"!

I quite literally have lost my butt. I'm 7 months out and experienced a hip injury. I had my first PT appt. The PT said I have very little if any muscle tone in my glutes. Bad thing is I've been KILLIN' it at the studio 4X per week, 2 days dance and 2 days strength classes. I feel like I've done the strength classes for nothing.

Time to build the butt in physical therapy.

One word... SQUATS! LOL I love losing weight, but I'm horrified of having "pancake fanny."
