I am almost 5 months post op and have done very well but have been in a rut for the past two weeks playing with the same two pounds. I am not in a "stall", I am in a "rut". Because of muscle spasms from Fibromyalgia, I have been unable to ride my bike for a couple of weeks and taking Tylenol for them just does not cut it. If I try and over do, then I am incapacitated for several days. I know that if I could get the exercise on, the results would be there. I am depressed and have always said a "rut is just a grave with both ends kicked out!".
I am drinking plenty of water, it is HOT in the desert and I am getting my protein, maybe I just have to ride this out......until my body says I can exercise again. I have not been sedentary, quite the contrary, I just cannot do my heavy exercising......................
