I'm almost 9 weeks out and cannot tolerate it. I was cleared for fish after wk 1, chicken after wk 3, and pork and beef after 6. So I've had several weeks of attempting it in many different forms. The best way I can describe it is I get a knawing, nauseous feeling when I eat it. Not a satisfying feeling whatsoever and several times its just came back up! Yes its always been moist, I chew and chew to applesauce consistency, and wait between bites. Now its getting to the point of just smelling it or preparing mysef to eat it, makes my mouth water like I'm going to vomit. This is just REALLY strange to me. Before vsg I was a HUGE meat eater and now I feel like 'wth is wrong with me!?'
