my stall is finally over!

After nearly 2 weeks, I have finally lost 5 pounds. I am so happy! I have been working my butt off at the gym and following all my diet guidelines. I some how managed to gain 8 pounds right after I started eating soft food despite the fact that I can only eat about 2 to 3 ounces at a time. I was freaking out but my hubby reassured me that I have probably gained some muscle working out. I usually do an hour on the treadmill or 10 miles of a high resistance workout on the bike. I hope everyone is having smooth recoveries and wonderful weight loss journeys.

I started out slow at the gym, but I decided I like exercise so I kicked it up a notch. The only machine I can't do is the elliptical. I tried it for 5 minutes and I thought I was going to die. My legs are very sore from that, but I am still moving forward. I figure I paid good money for this tool so I am going use it to its fullest.
