How muh fat a day?

Hi all! Just wondering how much fat everyone eats a day? I keep my carbs 50 or below and most days my calories are at or below 800. Protein 60-80. Just wondering where everyone else is especially as far as fats go??

I don't know if this is right or not, but I'm averaging 37.5g of fat, 35g of carbs, 92g of Protein and 830 calories a day. I don't eat meat or eggs; I do eat some dairy, but generally I try to keep my fat sources plant based. As long as the majority of my fat isn't coming from dairy (I'd say it's just under half), then I really don't worry about it much. I just concentrate on getting 80-90g of protein, eating whole, "clean" foods, and keeping carbs as low as I can.

If I ever hit a really long stall, I'll consider upping my carbs and (plant based) fat and see if it helps.
