  7. I am almost 6 months post op and I enjoy a cup of coffee or 2 a day but it doesn't like me!! ???? Every time I drink it it makes me feel sick, sometimes nauseous!! I ask myself why am I doing this but it doesn't stop me! I'm not addicted bc I can not have it for days at a time and I'm fine but now when I do it makes me happy for the first 2-3 sips then my stomach hurts!! Will this go away??

  13. This is before my sleeve and July. I was sleeved 4/7. HW 239.5 SW 225 CW 179.5
  14. I've been heavy my entire life, so when I finally made the decision to get the sleeve I told everyone. I don't really care what people think! Almost everybody has been supportive, I've only gotten one negative comment before surgery "oh you should just do Isagenix", yeah ok bc I haven't already tried a million other things in the past 42 years! Lol! But even she has been supportive since the surgery. The only person I haven't told is my mother and more bc I never see her. She lives in another state and I only see her maybe once a year. I didn't want to deal with her nervousness the day I had the surgery bc I was nervous enough myself! I figure once I see her I'll tell her. Even if she gets mad I didn't tell she will get over it! I haven't posted that I have had WLS on FB, although many people on there already know but I have posted pictures. If someone asks what my secret is I will PM them and tell the truth. Bottom line is I did this for me. I am very lucky my insurance covered it bc I could never have afforded it on my own. If someone is jealous and doesn't like it, too bad, I don't much care!!
  15. Hi all! Just wondering how much fat everyone eats a day? I keep my carbs 50 or below and most days my calories are at or below 800. Protein 60-80. Just wondering where everyone else is especially as far as fats go??
  16. So just wondering for those many months or years post op, will my stomach make gurgling noises forever?
  17. That's amazing!! I really wish I could bottle the feeling!! It's so awesome! Congrats to you too!!
  18. Just went through my closet...I can fit into size 12!!! So excited! My 16s were tight on me when I started!! I'm a happy girl
  19. Congrats on your 66 lbs!! That's awesomeness!! I am also 3 months post op but don't see my dr till 7/23. Wondering if he will send me for labs. My D was low before surgery and I've been taking it since then so hoping it's ok. We shall see.
