Should I measure jello?

I am 5 days post op and only able to have clear liquids. I tried jello today and to my surprise I was able to eat a whole cup. In fact I have yet to feel full. I assume this is because I am still healing. My dr didn't say anything about measuring yet but I thought I would check to see how this compares to others. Am I overdoing jello?

I did. A whole whopping 10 calories!

But I did it because I wanted to track the Protein and it was about 1 gram of protein.
