SURGERY ON JULY 22nd

My surgery is in four days. I think I am nervously excited! Does that make sense? I am looking forward to this new journey of my life. I have learned much from reading the posts on this forum. Thank you ahead of time for your help and support!!

Yes, it makes sense to be excited and nervous! I think no matter how much we want it, there is still a tinge of worry that all will be okay.

I am recently banded and very happy about it. Getting through the pre-op diet and surgery is the hardest part so far for me. The post op diet isn't horrible but it it AWESOME when you get to make your own food choices. It is amazing how little I eat and have not even got a fill yet. The best part is I am not hungry and feeling like I am suffering/starving. I eat less because I want to and can.

Soon the hunger monster will leave you too, it is such a divine blessing.
