July Sleevers, August Sleevers, September Sleevers etc.

Here's my story...I wanted lap-band in 2010 and didn't even see a surgeon or go to a seminar because I basically "chicken out". I started the sleeve journey in March, thinking I had a six month supervised diet, then found out my insurance didn't require it. So, I thought I would be having surgery in July, then I had a delay, then I thought it would be August because my surgeon is super busy. Then, I got approved and was for sure thinking I could get it in September. Finally, today I talked to the insurance coordinator/scheduler, she told me it would probably be October because the surgeon is so busy, I was soooo disappointed...then she asked me what my BMI is, I told her, she said that on Tuesdays the surgeon does fairly easy cases early in the morning, only one surgery a day on Tuesdays and she would let me know next week if I will be sleeved on August 5 or 12. I was sooo excited at that news. But I have cried three times after finding out! I know I won't "chicken out" this time but wow, reality sets in, someone cheer me up! I guess I'm back into the August Sleevers posts again! LOL
