"Failing ?" Really ? You are not failing at anything except letting you WLS do its work. Your body is adjusting, and making sure its not being starved by you, which is why its holding onto the fat

Hi bets I'm about nine weeks out. And stalled for seven weeks now. I was panicking, then feeling that I had failed (doing something, or all of it wrong) but then caught sight of myself in the mirror

I feel like I've seen this same thread before but it's so different living through it. I'll be 5 weeks post op rny this Thursday, and I haven't lost any weight since week three! I get about 40-50 ounces of water and protein daily. I'm also currently on soft food phase. I feel like I'm failing already. I'm trying to just keep with my plan, this is making me crazy! Prior to surgery I told myself this would happen, and to try not to worry too much about it. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
