New to forum 7 days post gastric

Had post op today severely dehydrated. Have no motivation to drink, any ideas? TIA

    Oh dear you must consume your water.

    Try chicken broth, sugar free jello, crystal light, sugar free Popsicles.

    Did you get IV fluids for your dehydration? If you didn't go to the ER immediately to be taken care of.

    Does your surgeon know that you aren't drinking? If not tell them immediately.

    Let us know what happens to you.
