Almost 2 years - how is everyone doing?

I'm not going to lie - I have gained back weight and am struggling.

However, today is day 1 back at the gym. I have started reading a book called Crave about binge eating. I am trying to write down everything I am eating, how I feel before I eat it, while I eat it, and after I eat it, etc.

I have support group tonight and on July 26 & August 9 will be attending a workshop my surgery center is doing called "Back On Track" that will include 1 week of liquid diet and 1 week of modified liquid diet. I have gone back to some of my addictions, so I think this will really help.

I came back here for more support as well.

Hope everyone is doing well...

Kelly

Sounds like you know what you have to do:) Journaling is key. I'm about 14 months out, and have wrote everything I've ate since, even when I go overboard. Sometimes I will log in what I'm going to eat before I eat it. Makes me think about it a little more. Good luck to you:)

Good for you for recognizing your problem and dealing with it! Sounds like you have some good tools lined up to get you back on track! Good luck and keep us posted!!

Super that your bariatric enter has that "Back on Track" program. Very cool idea.

That pretty much describes most of life, doesn't it ... on track and then back on track. :)

So how are y'all doing? What are your best tips, hints, etc.?

Hello! I haven't gained back any weight, but I seem to be a in very long stalling period.I am going to up my workouts and add some more Protein shakes to my diet. Will see what happens. Hopefully it will kick start the weight loss again.
