Great New Snack

Ran across something in the grocery store and it turned out to be a great find.

Frollicks. All cheese crisps. Low fat cheese that is baked. 8 grams of Protein, 90 calories in one bag. Gotta love crispy cheese.

Since we all basically follow a low carb diet, I also picked up pork rinds. Crunchy, salty and high Protein for a 1/2 ounce. 8 or 9 grams per serving. I like them with chicken or tuna salad.

I found the rollicks in a King Soopers. That is a Kroger store. I would say, check with Kroger. If they don't have it, you could request they order it.

I found it in the snack aisle. Near the peanuts and Jerky.

Great looking snack, too bad they are only available in the mid west.

I agree. Given that General Mills makes them there's certainly a possibility of getting them in other areas I suppose.
