I didn't know that exercise could do this for me........

I fall asleep so much easier, and I sleep through the night almost every single night now. I always had some sleep issues, but I didn't realize until recently how much my sleep issues improved. I didn't know if it was the weight loss, or the exercise, or a combination of the two, but I now think it is the exercise........ I exercise six days a week now, and I sleep beautifully on those nights, but the one day a week I don't exercise, I find I don't fall asleep as easily.........INTERESTING !!!!!!!!!

Yes it can...plus a dozen other things.....that's why it is addictive, and I feel like crap when I miss a day or two....

I'm glad you're doing great! ????

I'm on my pre-op liquid diet and I'm having a hard time to sleep through the night. I dont know what it is... Probably I'm nervous bc of the surgery, can't stop thinking about it. But I'm going to start exercising this Monday, I really hope it helps me sleep better (and not wake up my husband in the middle of the night) ????

I'll keep you posted on how it goes!

Such an exciting time for you! Wishing you all the best. Lots of love and support here for you!
