Update Weight ?

Hello,

I was so excited I dropped a few pounds so decided to record it here on my ticker and for 20 minutes been clicking around trying to figure out where and what to click on to change it, UGHHH. Can someone PLEASE help remind me how I did this before! I amaze myself sometimes, lol

Tried to do a search to see how but failed at that too.
