i can have peach or blueberry at 3 wks post. however, like all things bariatric, every program is different and will depend on your surgeon.

I'm 3 weeks out and I'm able to add well cooked and puréed vegetables and can have a slice of pear (no skin) or 1/4 of a banana, 1-2 slices of peach. Trick is to make sure they are soft. But of course double check with your dr office to be safe.

I mean the small pieces that are in yogurt. Everything says yogurt is fine but not with fruit pieces.

I was told 1 piece of fruit a day starting next week. But not evry fruit.

Kiwi banana peaches apricots no skins no dried fruits

Blueberries as well I can add to yogurt

No yogurt with fruit in it though
