Well I am 2mo. Post op and I just started exercising...yay. I could have started sooner but I just couldn't get motivated to do it.. anyone have any advice how they started and what work out u did and for how long? I have only lost 10 pounds since surgery but I feel pretty sure i will start losing if I work out :-)...
