lightheaded

My surgery is tomorrow and today I'm on a all liquid diet and I've been getting very lightheaded and dizzy I don't know if it because I'm nervous or need something to eat and my stomach feels alil queasy have anybody else felt this way on the day be4 surgery? Please help

I was allowed to have popcicles & jello. Those seemed to help. Having a protein shake when I started feeling that way helped a lot too...good luck!!!

If this is your first day of a liquid diet it is possible it is the liquids. Just take it easy today!

I had to do the diet for two weeks but I was able to have protein shakes and vegetables, but since it's the day be4 my surgery only can have water, crystal light, jello and popsicles so what yall think nervous or I'm just hungry
